Free Retry & Service Fee Refund Options
We offer two options in case your challenge account fails: Free Retry or Service Fees Refund. Clients can choose either option based on their preference. If you opt for a free retry, we will attempt to pass your challenge again at no additional cost. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the service fees paid for the failed attempt.
Refund Conditions
We refund the service fees only if the challenge account fails due to breaching any trading rules during our management. This includes hitting maximum daily drawdown, maximum overall drawdown, or any other rule violations set by the prop firm. The refund applies strictly to the service fees paid to Prop Funding Pass and does not include the original challenge fee paid to the prop firm.
Non-Refundable Cases
Please note that we do not provide refunds if the prop firm itself is a scam or engages in fraudulent activities. Our responsibility is limited to the professional passing service we provide. Additionally, refunds are not applicable if the client violates our terms of service, provides incorrect account credentials, or interferes with our trading process.
Processing Time
Refund processing time is 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Clients will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
